 Group Cycling:  Ride into high gear with this exhilarating low impact group exercise class. A mix of cardiovascular endurance and interval training.

 Core Fit:  Who doesn't want great abs? Give yourself 30 minutes of focused dedication to the midsection.

 Kickboxing:  Kick, punch, and sweat your way to a higher fitness level. This core strengthening class develops cardiovascular endurance while working upper and lower body.

 B.L.A.S.T.:  Have a Blast! This class combines three successful fitness combinations: cardio for endurance, body sculpting for strength, and abdominal exercise for core.
A full body workout.

 Seniors:   A low intensity classdesigned to minimize the impact on your joints to help increase your overall aerobic capacity, balance, increase your range of motion and overall flexibility.

 
Step Plus Abs:  A great workout designed for those who enjoy creative step choreography and core conditioning. Even experienced steppers will benefit from this class.

 
Total Body Conditioning:  This class will make the most of your time. Enjoy a variety of cardiovascular work and muscle toning. By doing both types of exercise your body will work more efficiently to burn fat and your metabolism will increase.

 
Yoga:  Tone and lengthen your entire body while developing core stability and balance. Thjis is great for those who are trying to increase flexibility and strength.

Zumba:   An exhilarating, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning, dance fitness party.

C.S.I.:  Core-Strength-Intervals  See yourself in high definition! A great motivating class that combines strength training and calorie burning cardio for an efficient easy-to-follow workout
