 Our mission is to combine our knowledge and resources to bring greater health, fitness, and well-being to the entire community. To this end, we offer the largest facility and the broadest range of services in the area. Our services are designed to support the needs and interests of all members of the community, regardless of age, experience, or physical condition. We provide group fitness, yoga classes, and specialized exercise programs. Our personal training services combine customized exercise programs, nutritional guidance, and the motivational support to ensure members have all the tools necessary to meet their goals as quickly and safely as possible. Our child care services help parents effectively manage their busy schedules without  compromising their health and fitness needs. We even offer a dedicated circuit/exercise room for those who prefer a more private, women-only atmosphere. Spa services are also available including various forms of massage, hot stone therapy, body wraps, facials, manicures, acrylic nails, and pedicures.Supporting this broad range of services, we provide an expansive, 18.000 square foot facility, housing an extensive array of equipment. Cardio equipment includes a full line of state-of-the-art treadmills, elliptical trainers, speed bikes, stair climbers, and recumbent bikes. For resistance training we provide more than 130 individual stations of free weights and circuit training. The world of health and fitness is constantly advancing.
